Fitness Classes

We are excited to offer new $5 fitness classes to help you reach your weight loss goals! Here is a brief explanation of what each $5 fitness class will focus on:

The Zone: Hip Hop Power Workout

A cardio Hip Hop Dance Workout that’s meant to get your heart rate up and the fat burning!

Flexibility/Core Conditioning

A flexibility and core training class. Usually done barefoot. Yoga mats are optional. We stretch the body slowly from head to toe and pound our midsection to tighten and tone!

Ballet Fit

A ballet barre workout that incorporates basic ballet moves and pushes to get your heart racing. You do not have to be a ballet god or goddess. Just follow along and bring a towel for all the sweat you will leave on the floor!

Sweat Success Cardio Fit

Move and groove to fast paced songs while you dance your way through toning exercises to tighten your abs and legs. If you want to have fun while you feel the burn, this class is it!

Beat The Heat: Body Toning Workout

An all over body toning workout that gets the sweat dripping with lunges, push-ups, squats, and other traditional toning exercises taught to fast paced music!
