flexibilityThis hour long, yes hour long, class starts at the head and goes all the way down the body to the toes in stretching and lengthening tight muscles and tendons. Learn proper breathing techniques and body alignment. This is not yoga, but rather fitness/dance stretching. Once you experience the amazing benefits you receive with proper stretching, you will make it a part of your regular fitness training. Joint pain will be relieved and you will become far less prone to injury! While this class is open to all levels, it is not intended for children under the age of 8 as it requires a great deal of focus and concentration. Modified movements for those with limited range of motion will be incorporated. Give your workout and dance technique the winning edge and reach for the stars...Or at least for your toes again!
